Which orders can be returned?

All the products except underwear, swimming wear, earrings, navel piercing or other piercing jewelry can be returned (this is for health and hygiene reasons). You can either partially return some items from your received order or the whole package including all the purchased items. Since you receive the order, you have a maximum of 30 days to register for a return and send the items back to us.

Please note that returning products and withdrawing your order are two different processes. If you are withdrawing an order, you have 14 days instead of 30 and you should send back the whole order intact with original packaging as it is mentioned in details in our Return Policy document.

If the products were damaged during the shipping process, the shipping company is responsible for the damage. Otherwise, if you have received damaged or faulty products, we will cover the return fees and compensate you with a brand new product. In case the product was no longer available, you can get a refund or select another product as substitute which in the latter case, the price difference will be calculated and acted on accordingly.

To start a return process

  • Please read this page in addition to our Return Policy page to have a full understanding of terms and conditions for returning a product or order.
  • Inform us about returning the products via email or our contact form.
  • You will receive the address from which the product has been shipped.
  • Use the return address and send the package via UPS, DHL, Postnord or any other proper shipping services.
  • You must mention "Returning Goods" on the shipping label to prevent double customs duties for the same product for international parcels.
  • Send us the tracking number via email or contact form.
  • Make sure that you keep the tracking information for your package until the case is closed.

Refund process

After we receive the item(s) and our return department verified that everything is included and is in its original condition, you will be refunded for the returned products.

We process refunds as soon as possible and you will receive an email to inform you when the refund has been done. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used when purchasing. If you have paid by credit card, gift card or a combination of these two payment methods, we can only refund you with store credits so you can buy a new product by using that.

The shipping and handling fees are not refunded even if an entire order is returned. Note that the processing of the transaction can take up to 14 days after you receive the confirmation email. 

Changing the products

We do not offer product replacements. If you want to exchange any item, return it for a refund in accordance with our return policy and place a new order.
