Return Policy

General Information

This page (as well as the pages to which it refers) details the return requirements (“Return Policy”) regarding when and how you can refund purchased items from (“Service”), either as a visitor or as a registered user. Please read these terms carefully before you begin shopping through the Service. By shopping with our Service, you indicate that you accept the return terms and conditions and that you will comply with them. Your use of any part of our Service indicates that you accept the return terms and conditions, which will apply when you shop on our Service. If you do not accept the return terms and conditions, we strongly advise you do not purchase anything from this Service.

The Service is operated by Nordic Digital Ventures AB (“we”), a company that is registered in Sweden with the organization number 5559101-1068 and is situated in Växjö.

We reserve the right to change our Return Policy at any time by publishing changes online, without first notifying you. You will be held responsible for regularly checking the information online in order to learn about any changes in time. If you keep using our Service after changes have been publicized, this means that you accept the changes done to the Return Policy.

Return Terms & Conditions

We guarantee a refund for returned goods in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal, provided that all goods are returned in the same condition as they were when delivered to you. This means that the goods must not have been damaged, soiled, washed, changed or worn (other than to try the product) and that any labels and tags are intact. You are responsible for the shipping cost yourself.

You are always welcome to return goods within 30 days. The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as they were when delivered. The item must be returned with all original packaging, instruction manuals, warranty and any additional accessories. You may return goods from multiple orders in a single package. Lingerie, earrings, navel piercings or other piercings cannot be returned unless they have manufacturing defects. This is due to health and hygiene reasons.

If a visible defect is detected on the item(s) when they arrive, please notify us within 48 hours.

How to return goods

The item(s) must be returned to the same warehouse which they have been shipped from via UPS, DHL, Postnord or similar service provider, and ensure that the packaging is insured and traceable. To receive the correct address, send us an email to or use the Customer Service page and fill out the form.

  • After sending the return package, inform us about the tracking number.
  • Keep the tracking number until the return case is closed in case there is a problem.
  • Return fees are covered by the customer.


When we receive the item, our return department confirms that everything is included and is in its original condition to ensure the right to a refund. We process refunds as soon as possible and you will receive an email to inform you when the refund has been processed. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used when purchasing. You can also use your refund for exchanges or new purchases, but only if you paid by credit card, gift card or a combination of these two payment methods.

Please note that shipping costs are not included in the refund amount. The shipping fee will not be refunded by us, regardless of whether the entire order or only certain parts are returned. Note that the processing of the transaction can take up to 14 days. Please note that incorrect orders (such as incorrect or missing items) or gift certificates purchased online cannot be returned to or handled by us.

Defective Goods

Defective goods must be returned through the same procedure as described above. For more information about your rights regarding defective goods, see our sale terms & conditions.


We do not offer replacements (i.e. replacing an item with a completely different product), but if you wish to exchange your item, return it for a refund in accordance with our Return Policy and place a new order.

Right of Withdrawal

According to the law concerning long-distance contracts and agreements outside business premises, you as a customer have a right of withdrawal for 14 days . This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying within 14 days after receiving the ordered product (the cancellation deadline) or from the day you received the last product in an order for several products. You may exercise your right of withdrawal immediately after your purchase and thus do not have to wait for the withdrawal period to begin to expire.

Right of withdrawal does not apply to special orders, that is, an item customized according to your specific wishes.

If you wish to undo the purchase, you must notify us in writing by sending a letter or email before the cancellation period expires. You may also fill in and send us the Consumer Agency's standard form.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, you pay the return fees. Since you are responsible for the product until we receive it, it is important that the product is well packaged and, if possible, in its original packaging. The product must be shipped or returned within two weeks from the date on which we at have been notified.

When you cancel your purchase, pays back the amount you paid for the item, including the shipping cost (not to be confused with the return fees in the paragraph above). If you choose to keep parts of your order, the shipping cost will not be refunded. The refund for the item returned will be made within 14 days.

We reserve the right to deduct a sum from the total sum to be refunded in accordance with the product's value reduction compared to the original value of the product, if and insofar as such reduction is due to the fact that you have handled the product to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function.

Consumer Complaint

We always carefully examine the products you have ordered before packing and sending them to you. This is to minimize the risk of receiving factory damaged goods. Despite this, transport damage can sometimes occur during shipping. Should the product be broken or incorrect when it arrives, please notify us of the damage.

When we receive your complaint, our customer support will contact you within 5 working days. We decide for ourselves whether the fault should be rectified or whether you should receive a new product. Please note that your replacement product can take up to normal delivery time if we do not have it in stock. If we no longer have the same or equivalent product as the original, promotional item, we will refund what you as our customer paid for the item.

If you are dissatisfied with a complaint case, you may always contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes at or the following postal address for review of the current dispute: Box 174, 101 23, Stockholm. In the event of a dispute, will comply with the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes.

Anyone who resides within the EU and wants to make a complaint to us about a product purchased through our e-commerce may do this via the EU's dispute settlement network online. If so, enter as our contact email when requested.
