How to order

To place an order from the web store, you must be at least 18 years old.

The prices stated in the web store include statutory value-added tax and excludes shipping costs.

When an order is received, it is confirmed by an automatic email with information about your order. Always check your order confirmation to make sure it is correct.

In the event that the ordered product cannot be sent to you for any reason, you will be notified as soon as possible. In this case, if we have already received your payment, refunds will be made at the current amount using the same means of payment that you used in your payment.

We reserve the right to change prices and product ranges without prior notice. In these cases, we reserve the right to change or cancel an order. We strive to reproduce the properties of our products as accurately as possible, including composition and colors. However, the color you see on depends on your computer screen, and we cannot guarantee that your computer can correctly reproduce colors visually.

The dimensions of a garment listed on are only approximate values that give you a better idea of the model or fit of the specific garment and no definitive guarantee of the actual dimensions of the garment you receive. The dimensions of a garment may vary depending on the material used in the manufacturing process of the garment.

Product Recall

If the goods you have purchased are defective, eGarderoben complies to the applicable consumer legislation. If you are not satisfied with your goods due to obvious material or manufacturing defects, including damages that have occurred during transport, please inform us as soon as possible by e-mail and return the item to us.

Consumer Protection

According to the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act, you as a customer have 14 days right of cancellation. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying within 14 days of receiving the ordered product (cancellation deadline) or from the day you received the last product in an order of several products. You can exercise your right of cancellation immediately after your purchase and thus do not have to wait for the withdrawal period to start running.

The right of cancellation does not apply to special orders, that is, an item manufactured according to your specific wishes.

If you wish to cancel the purchase, you must notify us in writing by sending a letter or email before the cancellation period expires. You can also fill in and send the Consumer Agency's standard form to us.

When exercising the right of cancellation, you pay the return freight. Since you are responsible for the product until we receive it, it is important that the product is well packaged and, if possible, in its original packaging. The product must be sent or returned within two weeks from the date we at receive notice of your exercise of right of cancellation.

When you cancel your purchase, will pay back the amount you paid for the item, excluding handling costs (if applicable), including the shipping cost (not to be confused with the return shipping in the paragraph above). If you choose to keep parts of your order, the shipping cost will not be refunded. Refund of the returned item will be made within 14 days.

We reserve the right to deduct a certain sum, corresponding to the product's value reduction compared to the original value of the product, from the total cost, if and insofar such reduction is due to the fact that you have handled the product to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function.

Consumer Complaint

We always carefully examine the products you have ordered before packing and sending them to you. This is to minimize the risk of getting factory-damaged goods. Despite this, transport damage may sometimes occur during shipping. Should the product be broken or incorrect when it arrives, you may file us a complaint about the product.

Once we have received your complaint, our customer support will contact you within 5 working days. We decide for ourselves whether the fault should be rectified or whether you should get a new product. Please note that your replacement product can take up to normal delivery time if we do not have it in stock. If we no longer have the same or equivalent product as the original, promotional item, we will refund what you as a customer paid for the item.
